Texas Memorial Stadium

A shot of the north exterior of Texas Memorial Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin taken during last weekend’s World Wide Photo Walk.

I used a 10 stop neutral density filter to shoot this image allowing me to create an interesting effect via the streaking of the clouds as they pass by during the 30 seconds or so that the shutter was open. I’ve had this filter for a year or so but only really started using it in earnest recently and I’m very much enjoying the results I can get with long exposure photography in broad daylight.

Really great effect with that filter and a nice use of the movement against the angled, brick stadium – I like!
