Chris, Erin and Eje were hanging out in the plaza after the race and we shared a few beers, chatted about the weekend, listened to the music and had fun watching people from 49 countries doing the same thing.
They had come to Austin from Missouri and, despite the flag, none of them are Finnish. Erin is, however, a Lotus supporter and was shouting for Kimi Räikkönen. Eje was disappointed that Sebastian Vettel lost (he’s a Red Bull Racingfan) but was nice enough to buy me a beer to celebrate Lewis Hamilton’s victory in the McLaren.
