Green Anole

During last Saturday’s photowalk, someone noticed a small plant that contained a colony (or at least 3) Green Anole lizards. By the time I got my macro lens and flash out, they had retreated into the center of the plant but I managed to get a shot of this guy peeking out. Chris Sader was faster with his gear and got this great shot at more or less the same time.

That is a wonderful shot. I guess you must’ve held the flash off to the side to get this light?

Thanks guys. Evan, I’m pretty sure someone else acted as a VAL for this shot and held the flash for me but, yes, it was off to the left.
