During my HDR workshops, we typically head down to the Texas State Capitol for the practical section of the class. Access there is great and there are plenty of opportunities to shoot wide brackets (where more than 3 or 5 images are necessary to capture all the brightness levels in the scene) in the Senate and House Chambers.
For a chance this time, I actually shot some pictures outside and this is one of the ones I worked through during the afternoon part of the class. It shows the capitol dome and the top of the “Heroes of the Alamo” memorial.
