Inside Grand Central

Since Aurora HDR gave me an excuse to wade through my archive of unprocessed brackets, I’ve been having fun in the New York City folder. Here’s another shot from my 2009 trip. This was taken inside Grand Central Terminal where I discovered that (a) you need a permit to use a tripod and (b) said permits can be obtained for free by asking nicely in the stationmaster’s office.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: NIKON D90
  • Focal length: 10mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/2.5s
