The CoTA Tower

The top of the now-iconic Circuit of the Americas Tower is a fantastic place to visit if you’re there for a race weekend. The views stretch for miles and it offers a great vantage point for some really interesting overhead pictures of the racing. During F1 weekend, the price of admission jumps to $30 per head which is, frankly, pretty ridiculous but if you visit during other competitions, you can score a ride in the elevator for as little as $10.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/11
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 260mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/750s
