Incongruous Sofa, Dripping Springs, Texas

Here’s another picture in my occasional and very small “Incongruous Sofa” collection. I spotted this one yesterday in the hay barn at Rippy’s Feed Store in Dripping Springs while wandering around the town doing my February “WE35” challenge. This month, in addition to the limitation of only using a 35mm lens, the challenge was to shoot exactly 36 exposures and publish them all as a contact sheet. I decided to use it as an opportunity to try out Adobe Spark, too, and you can find my presentation here. My full contact sheet is below.

WE35 - February 2017 - Contact Sheet

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/4
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 35mm
  • ISO: 800
  • Shutter speed: 1/60s
