Austin Skyline, 2017

The ever-changing skyline of Austin, Texas as seen from Lou Neff Point in Zilker Park. From a construction point of view, this is apparently a good year – there were 8 construction cranes visible when we shot this on Sunday night. I suspect there were probably more but some were hidden behind foreground buildings. The most I remember counting in the past was 10 about 6 or 7 years ago.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/9.5
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 70mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 8s

Glad the frost bank building is still visible! Nice job!
