This weekend is the annual Republic of Texas Biker Rally in Austin and yesterday was the evening of the big Congress Avenue parade. Somewhere between 20,000 and 30,000 bikers and their machines fill downtown for the evening and provide an amazing show of some of the most spectacular custom motorcycles you’ll find anywhere. This is Texas’ largest biker rally and the largest ticketed rally in the US (other rallies in Sturgis and Daytona Beach are larger but are not ticketed events).
