Pie-é-tea

Here’s another of the images I took when I spent some time at the old Pieous restaurant location a few weeks back. The main image I produced that night was a light-painted panorama of the main restaurant (which you can see here) but, before the sun went down, I shots some HDR brackets of the buildings. This one shows the building containing Pie-é-tea, Pieous’ sister breakfast location which serves the best croissants outside of France along with several other amazing pastries and a pretty darned good cup of coffee.

Like the main restaurant, Pie-é-tea can now be found in the new Belterra Village development about half a mile from this location.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/9.5
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Exposure bias: -1EV
  • Focal length: 22mm
  • ISO: 64
  • Shutter speed: 1/1s
