Lone Tree, Cade’s Cove

A lone tree seen from Hyatt Lane in the Cade’s Cove scenic loop of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee. This was the only really rainy day we had during last year’s NxNW trip and it also happened to be the only day I wasn’t carrying my camera rain gear. Great planning, eh?

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/16
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 48mm
  • ISO: 64
  • Shutter speed: 30s
