I’ve posted a large number of portraits recently so let’s change gear for a while. I took this picture a week or so ago during my trip to Houston. I had intended doing more drone flights downtown but ended up having a lot less time than I had anticipated so only flew once. My location was farther from downtown than I would have liked but it did have a good skyline view and, making things simpler, was outside the controlled airspace around Houston Hobby airport so didn’t involve FAA permission.
The foreground of this image includes a huge bus garage which I found later is the Downtown Operations Center for Houston Metro.
