I’m out in Flagstaff, Arizona this week, working remotely while visiting my nephew. The last time I was here was about 37 years ago and I don’t remember much about it but, from the walking around I’ve done so far, the town has a great vibe and I’m sure I’ll enjoy the rest of the trip. This image was taken during a pre-breakfast walk this morning and shows a huge motel sign on a tower in the downtown area. I have no idea if the motel is still open but I’m willing to bet there are no $5.00 rooms available these days.
