Pittsburgh at Dusk

I’m in Pittsburgh this weekend on our 2025 NxNW photography expedition. This is my first real visit to the city (a day trip for a meeting near the airport 20 years ago doesn’t count) and I’m pretty impressed so far. The downtown is spectacular, featuring the confluence of two major rivers and a dozen or more bridges to complement a good collection of skyscrapers. Here’s a skyline view grabbed at dusk yesterday evening.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: OM-1
  • Focal length: 18mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/6s
