A new section of the Foothills Parkway opened during our trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park recently and we drove part if it on opening day....
It took me 22 years but I finally visited the bluff over Loop 360 at Pennybacker Bridge for a sunset shoot while Mike Criswell was in town a week ago....
