Texas State Capitol, Senate Chamber

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the Senate Chamber of the Texas State Capitol. While the main Christmas tree is over in the House of Representatives, the Senate Chamber has been spruced up with a collection of ponsettia this year.

This was shot on Saturday afternoon while shooting with Justin Balog and Alex Suarez. By the way, if anyone orders a print, they’ll get a version without the cyan colour cast (which I can’t correct here since the photo management package I use on the blog won’t let me replace pictures) :-)

Great shot Dave. I also love the one of the Xmas tree you have over on 500px.

Superb. The poinsettias provide a real contrast. Beautifully captured.
