London Eye V

This is the last of my series of London Eye images. I took this from the passenger capsule close to the highest point in its travels. The views, on a clear day at least, are spectacular. Here, I’m looking north over the River Thames to the Hungerford and Golden Jubilee Bridges, Charing Cross Station and, in the distance, the iconic BT Tower.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/9.5
  • Camera: NIKON D700
  • Focal length: 32mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/500s
