1941 Meyers OTW

I spent a fun morning in Kingsbury, Texas at this year’s Pioneer Flight Museum fly-in. The museum is home to several aircraft from the pre-WW2 era including this Meyers OTW from 1941. The OTW (which stands for “Out To Win“) was a training aircraft built by Meyers Aircraft Company in Tecumseh, Michigan between 1936 and 1944. 104 of these planes were built in total.

You can find all my photos from the event at https://davewilson.smugmug.com/Events/Pioneer-Flight-Museum-May-2022/.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/11
  • Camera: OM-1
  • Focal length: 100mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/180s
