I was very sad to read yesterday morning about the death of Ken Block in a snowmobile accident in Utah. Followers of motorsport know Block as an exuberant rally driver but he’s probably even better known for the YouTube “Gymkhana” videos in which he performs spectacular driving stunts along the (closed) streets of various US cities. The American rally world will be a less fun place without Ken’s huge, stars-and-stripes-painted smile!
