Honey Badger

Daniel Ricciardo, affectionately known as “The Honey Badger”, is the surprise star of Netflix “Drive To Survive” and a fan favourite due to his omnipresent grin. Here’s a shot of a very youthful Ricciardo from 2014 when he was driving for Red Bull Racing as a primary driver. On this occasion, Red Bull were performing a demonstration drive on Congress Avenue, in front of the Texas State Capitol in Austin, prior to the 2014 United States Grand Prix on October 29th, 2014. Oddly enough, his grin isn’t as wide as usual in this image.

For the technically inclined...

  • Camera: NIKON D700
