Burntcoat Point

Burntcoat Point Park on the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia, Canada is a fascinating place due to the region boasting the highest tides anywhere in the world. The sea level changes between 46 and 53 feet per tidal cycle leaving strange, vertical-walled islands sprouting from the seabed when the tide is low.

For the technically inclined...

  • Camera: E-M1MarkII
  • Exposure bias: -5/10EV
