Since 1974, ten Cadillacs have been planted in a field just outside Amarillo, Texas where they attract visitors who augment the art with their own spray paint designs. I took this picture on a cold and windy October morning in 2020 when we spent a weekend in the town during the COVID pandemic. Amarillo is about equidistant between our home and my mother-in-law’s so provided a good venue for a family get-together.
