The Longhorn Band sits in the north east corner of Texas Memorial Stadium in an area that gets baked by the afternoon sun and is pretty sheltered from any breeze that may be blowing. As a result, afternoon games can be pretty hot and sweaty affairs. Here’s a member of the trombone section playing and trying to keep cool during the August 31st game against the Colorado State Rams.
