Another exciting addition to the Austin skyline is close to being ready. The Republic, with a scheduled completion date this summer, is a 48 floor office tower on 4th Street at Republic Square Park. The clean lines and reflective exterior should make for some great new downtown images once the construction cranes are removed. Here’s the state of construction as of March 28th, 2025.
