Tau Ceti

I spent an evening downtown with some old photography friends a couple of weeks ago. Most of the time was spent catching up but we did take quite a few pictures and made several discoveries among all the new buildings. This was my favourite – “Tau Ceti” is a 100 foot mural by Josef Kristofoletti painted on a building at the corner of 2nd and Brazos in downtown Austin, Texas. It was commissioned by the Capital Improvement Project and dedicated in March, 2019. It currently holds the title of the tallest artwork in Austin.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/4
  • Camera: OM-1
  • Focal length: 12mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/15s
