Happy New Year! We actually saw the New Year arrive twice this year, once while in Nadi on Saturday night then again shortly after we started our flight back to the US when we crossed the international date line. Unfortunately, neither occurrence included a major celebration but I can’t complain since our trip to Fiji more than made up for missing a Hogmanay party or two.
In looking for a picture to post today, I realized that I had not yet shown the beach by the cottage we were renting so here’s a view from Sigasiga Sands taken last week.
