Rockefeller Center

We’re back up in New York City today with this shot of one of the buildings in Rockefeller Center. In other circumstances, this would give me an opportunity to vent about the over-zealous security guards there and their ridiculous anti-tripod rules but, instead, I’ll just have a laugh as I remember that a large area of the pavement to my left as I shot this (handheld) was taken up with film gear used in the production of “30 Rock”. Apparently this was no hazard at all compared to my tripod which was too dangerous even to place upright, even when folded 🙂

An extraordinary piece of art and I love the POV – really show this off perfectly.
