Trumpet Cram

One of the Longhorn Band traditions I’ve learned about recently is the Trumpet Cram where as many members of the trumpet section as possible squeeze into the office of one of the band faculty and sing “The Eyes of Texas” before the game. They are seen here in Director of the Longhorn Band Dr. Scott Hanna’s office prior to last weekend’s Kansas game at Texas Memorial Stadium.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/5.6
  • Camera: E-M5MarkII
  • Focal length: 7mm
  • ISO: 2500
  • Shutter speed: 1/80s
