Team Spirit

Continuing this week’s robotics competition theme, another enormously important aspect of FIRST Robotics Competition is team spirit. In addition to competing robots, you’ll definitely enjoy the variety of whacky costumes and brightly-colored uniforms on display in the crowd.

If you’re in the Dripping Springs area this coming weekend (February 28-March 1), drop in on the High School where we’ll be hosting a FIRST in Texas District competition featuring 32 teams from across the state. Entry is free and there will be lots to see. Read more and find the weekend schedule at https://firstintexas.org/event/dripping-springs-district-event.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/2.8
  • Camera: NIKON D500
  • Exposure bias: -2/6EV
  • Focal length: 70mm
  • ISO: 3200
  • Shutter speed: 1/250s
