Teams at FIRST Robotics Competition events stand out for several reasons. The members of team 2582, “PantherBots” from Lufkin, Texas, stood out exceptionally well last weekend at the competition in Dripping Springs partly due to their wonderfully fun-loving attitude but mostly due to their purple uniforms featuring headbands and tutus (the latter of which, unfortunately, can’t be seen in this head-and-shoulders portrait).
