Eutelsat 36D Launch

We finally go to view a launch from reasonably close (about 4 or 5 miles?) yesterday afternoon. Eutelsat 36D was launched on a Falcon 9 from Kennedy Space Center launch complex 39A and we watched from Playalinda Beach, just north of KSC. The haze at ground level was pretty bad but I’m still reasonably happy with the results.
